With multiple floor plans to choose from on your building site or ours, we are always conscience of your building budget. The majority of our business is custom building and we will help you design a home within your financial parameters. Our plans range from $200K - $1M+. No job is considered to small or to large and our standards of quality remain the same at any price range. We believe that your home should be filled with many extras because that is what makes your home unique. Many of what we consider "standard features" would be considered an upgrade by other builders in our area. You also have the luxury of a designer on board from the beginning of the process at no additional expense to your budget. We strive to build your dream home on a realistic budget.

Gary is on the job site everyday to guarantee the craftsmanship and attention to detail that your home deserves. Audrey is available to work with the client on a daily basis to help select necessary building materials and suggest innovative and creative design changes through out the building process. Gary & Audrey are active members of the Cedar Rapids Homebuilder's Association and strive to be informed on the industries latest trends and materials.
